Test Kitchens and Sensory Suites
At Focus & Testing, we’re proud to house Los Angeles’s only true Commercial Test Kitchen inside a full-service CLT and Focus Group facility with computerized labs capable of seating up to 46. Spanning 1,250 square feet, our kitchen is designed for real-world cooking under real research conditions — giving brands the ideal environment to test, refine, and perfect their food and beverage products. Whether you’re developing the next big flavor profile or validating shelf-ready concepts with consumers, our facility bridges the gap between culinary creativity and strategic insight — all under one roof.

Computerized Test Labs
Our computerized test labs are equipped with laptops or tablets utilizing high speed internet to ensure successful studies of all types.
